Recently, I've had the pleasure working with David Menzies and Tim Hodge from M2architecture to design and supervise the construction of a substantive commercial building in Rosny Park. When we wanted plans drawn up for our house extension at Bellerive we went straight to M2a. During the whole process we weren’t disappointed. David was always conscious of our budget for the project and attentive in searching out the most cost-effective solutions. He worked closely with the builder to deliver a very high quality result within our budget.

David took on board the brief and, working closely with us at every stage, turned our dream of a light airy geriatric-friendly beach house into reality. The result is everything we dreamed of and much more. Importantly, David ensured that functionally the house is fully set up for our old age and will not need any modification as we become less mobile and agile. Knowing our love of Tasmanian timbers, he incorporated into the design features in celery top pine, myrtle and Tasmanian ash. Inside and out, David created for us a truly beautiful house.

David did a redesign on our beachside home and created a vibrant contemporary design which we love. It's now a modern, imaginative and attractive home. I would highly recommend his work.
